Shelly-Anne McKenzie is a seasoned professional renowned for her expertise in quality assurance, process improvement, data analysis, and healthcare operations. Armed with a Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Jamaica, Shelly-Anne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her roles.


Throughout her career, Shelly-Anne has demonstrated a strong track record of success in managing complex projects and driving efficiency improvements while ensuring strict compliance with regulations. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Intercultural Family Services, Shelly-Anne plays a pivotal role in overseeing contract compliance, data analysis, and the implementation of quality assurance strategies. She collaborates closely with program directors, conducts audits, and provides recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.


In her previous roles within Intercultural Family Services, including QA Lead Specialist and Financial Analyst, Shelly-Anne led various initiatives aimed at enhancing billing efficiency, improving compliance with regulations, and driving process improvement. She implemented telehealth billing qualifier solutions, successfully transitioned billing processes, and developed dynamic data dashboards for real-time insights into program status.


Before joining Intercultural Family Services, Shelly-Anne honed her skills in financial management and compliance as a Business Office Administrator at Exsto Corp and as a Disability Claims Examiner at American Medical and Life Insurance.
