Intercultural Family Services, Inc. is committed to the right of all persons served by Intercultural to confidentiality and privacy.
Intercultural will take a protective role on behalf of the persons it serves relating to their right to confidentiality and privacy and will not voluntarily release information to third parties, except as permitted or required by applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information, 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, promulgated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
