Ramon Vaughan

Ramon Vaughan is Director of Membership at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and Founder of Fig Tree Industries. In his current role, he is focused on strengthening Philadelphia’s business community by growing membership, deepening investor and stakeholder engagement, and building programs that expand opportunity for companies throughout the region.  

Across roles in philanthropy, real estate, international trade, and entrepreneurship, Ramon has structured multi-million-dollar campaigns, investments, and contracts while building a diverse global network of investors, entrepreneurs, and public officials. 

He is driven by opportunities to solve real-world problems and create positive social and economic impact—particularly in Philadelphia—through strategy, collaboration, and execution.
