Dr. Robert Haussmann received his Bachelor's in Psychology and Computer Science from Drew University in 1991.  The recipient of a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship, Dr. Haussmann obtained his doctorate in Psychology from Yale University in 1995.  

Dr. Haussmann began his career in child welfare over 30 years ago as a programmer at Tabor Children’s Services and over the years has served as network administrator, systems engineer, chief information officer, and chief operations officer. He was instrumental in Tabor’s acquisition of both Southern Home Services (2000) and Baptist Children’s Services (2010), as well as the launch of mental health and in-home protective services. Dr. Haussmann has published over 10 peer-reviewed articles in a variety of fields, including child welfare, ADHD, and higher education. Dr. Haussmann has also worked with the Council on Accreditation.
