
Selena D. Deshazor, MA, MBA
Director of Clinical Operations
Selena Deshazor joined Intercultural Family Services in July, 2024. She holds the role of Director of Clinical Operations at Intercultural Family Services Inc. She has taken the responsibility of managing the administrative aspects of the program, which includes management of the administrative personnel. She develops quality improvement plans as well as implementing policies surrounding outpatient. She collaborates with IFS Quality Assurance (QA), to ensure clinical compliance with all county and state licensing entities.
Selena brings a vast skill set that expands to more than 15 years of supervisory, leadership, and social service experience. She worked with primary adult mental health and drug-alcohol populations in the City of Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Prior to accepting a job at IFS she worked at Thomas Jefferson University, Outpatient MAT program for 10 years as a Outpatient Therapist, and was later promoted to a Clinical Supervisor. She worked as a Coordinator at Community Behavioral Health ( CBH), where she was a part of the launch of the practice guidelines initiative with Dr. Arthur Evans. Selena's passion is to serve her community and improve the quality of care that members receive.
