Caitlin McSparron is an accomplished leader in the field of Human Resources, with a decade-long track record of driving team performance and ensuring regulatory compliance. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in History and Political Science from Drexel University. Her expertise is further validated by her SHRM-CP certification.
In her current role as Manager of Human Resources and Admin Ops at Intercultural Family Services, Inc., Caitlin leads a diverse team of employees, interns, and volunteers. She is responsible for the successful recruitment and onboarding of talent, administration of compensation and benefits, and navigation of employee relations. She also oversees the updates and revisions of the Employee Handbook and manages the Relias Learning Management System.
Previously, Caitlin served as a Recruiter at The Dubin Group, where she sourced candidates for Real Estate and Property Management positions, maintained candidate files using ATS, and built strong relationships with candidates to ensure their interest in jobs and future referrals. Before joining The Dubin Group, Caitlin was a Manager at The Rose Group/Corner Bakery. She was recognized for consistently meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals and received regional awards for highest sales and lowest turnover rate.
