David Buck is the Founder and Executive Director of Bridges of Opportunities, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit focused on mentoring and empowering Black youth affected by poverty, violence, and systemic injustice. A seasoned public servant with nearly seven years in city government, David brings lived experience as a single father and reentrant to his leadership. His work centers on trauma-informed care, youth development, and disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline through culturally grounded programming and community collaboration.
